Seller Agreement
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This Seller Agreement complements the Terms of Service and applies to anyone who publishes products on Valora ("Creator"). Under this Agreement, the Creator is the supplier of the content and Valora is the seller to the buyer.
1. Eligibility
To publish and sell products, you must complete identity verification. You do not need your own Stripe account: payments are charged by Valora. While verification is pending, you may create draft products, but you cannot activate them for sale or request withdrawals.
2. Your products and the license
You are responsible for the content, quality and description of the products you supply. You must hold all necessary rights over the content (copyright, trademarks, licenses) and ensure the description is accurate and not misleading. You grant Valora the license described in the Terms of Service to advertise, sell and deliver the content. Valora may deactivate or remove a product that violates this Agreement or the law.
3. Prohibited products and content
You may not sell regulated financial products (loans, investments, insurance) without the applicable license, content that infringes third-party rights, counterfeit products, illegal content, or any product that violates Mozambican law.
4. Price, revenue and payments
You set the selling price of each product. Each sale is made by Valora to the buyer. For each completed sale, Valora keeps 5% and bears the card processing costs. The rest, after deducting any affiliate commission you enabled on the product, is your share of the revenue and stays in your Valora balance, in US dollars (USD). The money from each sale is held for 7 days (the default period, shown in your dashboard) before it becomes available, to cover refunds and chargebacks. You can then request a withdrawal of your available balance to your mobile wallet (M-Pesa, e-Mola) or local bank account. Withdrawals are processed manually, within a reasonable time, in Metical, at the Valora exchange rate shown in your dashboard on the payment date, and may be subject to additional checks on high-value amounts.
5. Refunds, support and chargebacks
Valora provides support to buyers and handles refund requests under the Refund Policy, and may contact you to clarify questions about your product. When a refund is granted, your share of that sale's revenue, and any associated commissions, are reversed in your balance. You can also refund purchases of your products from the dashboard, as long as your available balance covers the amount. If you have already withdrawn that money, your balance may become negative; in that case you cannot withdraw until future sales offset it. In case of a chargeback, the corresponding amount is held in your balance until the decision: if the chargeback is lost, it is deducted permanently; if it is won, it is released.
6. Affiliates and invitations
You can enable an affiliate program on each product: the commission you set is paid to the affiliate from your share of the revenue. In the Invite friends program, whoever invites a new Creator receives 1% of the invitee's paid sales for 12 months, paid by Valora out of its commission; your share of the revenue is not reduced by this.
7. Tax obligations
You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to income earned from selling your products, in accordance with the tax law applicable to you.
8. Seller account suspension
We may suspend your ability to sell and withdraw funds in the event of a violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, a high number of chargebacks, or as required by our payment processor or applicable law.
